The Chocolate Cake

Eating in college can be challenging at the best of times. Regardless of the vast array of food choices we have today, college students find their food options limited by meal plans, low-paying, part-time jobs and ever-rising tuition costs.
On this page, students in the IDIS 155 Food Class reveal their perspectives on "college cuisine" by sharing their favorite recipes and food tips and techniques -- some of these offerings reflect longing for family dinners and home-cooked meals, while others showcase the ingenuity of students who are learning the art of eating on a college campus and working within a tight budget.
